We have been blessed with a lot of work and amazing clients, seeing a non-profit get ahead by just contributing some of our time is very rewarding to us.
Sure. You can purchase a prepaid allotment of time as a retainer. Our hourly charge is $50.00 per hour. Minimum of 10 hours. Timeline on the changes will vary. All changes MUST be submitted via email only. This does not include design work of any kind. Text, images and any other materials must be provided in advanced via an email with a brief of your request.
Yes you can. Each project will be assessed an additional fee for the source files. We do not hand those out.
Yes. For the most part we are accommodating with deadlines, but if your project is time sensitive, depending on the size and complexity of the project, there is an additional charge for rush work starting at $500 for web and starting at $250 for print design work. Rush fees must be paid in advanced.
No. 😮 A lot of work goes into creating a website. This is how we make a living and we require payment for our services. From time to time we have special offers, and always try to work within your budget. Time is money and we pride ourselves in the quality of work that we do and the effort that goes into it.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and Square. We do not offer payment plans or layaway options for any projects.

We are not computer technicians. We do not offer tech support for hardware and software that you personally use. This includes mobile devices. Please contact a support specialist for your computer and/or mobile device. If you cannot find assistance please use the internet to troubleshoot your problem. No. We do not offer tech support for personal use. This includes all mobile devices. We create your email accounts for you to start using and we then send you the settings and configurations for you to set up on your preferred email client. If you cannot find assistance please use the internet to troubleshoot your problem. We posted instructions for Mac Mail and Outlook for your convenience in our resources page.
